DL220 horizontal directional drilling machine is a horizontal
directional drilling device for one machine.
There are chassis, power head, drill stand, power station, vice,
operating platform, automatic lever mechanism,Automatic anchoring
device, hydraulic system, electrical system and other components
1,Chassis
The chassis mainly consists of main frame and left and right
walking device. The rear end of the frame is provided with a
hydraulic support leg,The traveling reducer adopts the built-in
planetary reducer (including motor), which has large output torque
and structure compact. It adopts the handle to control the
caterpillar walking, the transition loading and the machine
adjustment are convenient and safe.
2,Power station unit
The system consists of a diesel engine, a hydraulic pump, a slurry
pump assembly, an overflow valve, and a hydraulic oil tank,The
diesel tank, the valve block assembly, the accumulator assembly and
so on.
The power station is powered by a diesel engine and the hydraulic
pump serves as a hydraulic system
The supply of high pressure oil is the core part of the rig. The
engine uses a Cummings engine with a total power of 110kW.
3,Push-pull device
The push-pull device provides feeding force or back force to the
power head through an oil cylinder and a chain mechanism, High
strength, reliable and stable operation.
