DFM1504B horizontal directional drilling machine is a directional
horizontal directional drilling device for splitting machine. The
machine mainly consists of pedestal, power head, power station,
holder, operating platform, hydraulic system and electrical
equipment system and other components.
1, Power station device
The system consists of a diesel engine, a hydraulic pump, a slurry
pump assembly, an overflow valve, and a hydraulic oil tank,The
diesel tank, the valve block assembly, the accumulator assembly and
so on.The power station is powered by a diesel engine and hydraulic
pumps provide high levels for the hydraulic system Oil pressure is
the core part of the rig.The engine used laidong engine, rated
power 26.5kW.
2, Push-pull device
Adopting oil cylinder push and pull system, the cylinder has low
speed stability, low power loss and low speed strength
3, Electrical system
It mainly controls the functions of rotating, pushing, clamping and
other functions and parameters of engine and hydraulic system
monitoring and security protection etc.
