DL330A horizontal directional drilling machine is a horizontal
directional drilling device for one machine.There are chassis,
power head, drill stand, power station, vice, bridge, hydraulic
system, electrical system.
1,Chassis
The chassis mainly consists of main frame and left and right
walking device. The rear end of the frame is provided with a
hydraulic support leg.The reducer adopts the built-in planetary
reducer (including motor), which has high output torque and compact
structure.It adopts the handle to control the caterpillar walking,
the transition loading and the machine adjustment are convenient
and safe.
2,Power station device
The system consists of a diesel engine, a hydraulic pump, a slurry
pump assembly, an overflow valve, and a hydraulic oil tank,The
diesel tank, the valve block assembly, the accumulator assembly and
so on.The power station is powered by a diesel engine and hydraulic
pumps are provided for the hydraulic system.High pressure oil is
the core part of the rig.The engine uses a Cummings engine with a
total power of 153kW.
3,Hydraulic system
The power head circuit adopts the open hydraulic circuit control
system, and the drive and pull system adopts gear rack stepless

4,Electrical system
It mainly controls the functions of rotating, pushing, pulling,
vice and walking and the parameters of engine and hydraulic system
monitoring and security protection etc.. It consists of the left
console, the right console, the instrument console, the walking
control box, etc
